Handcrafted Nature
Our furniture is handcrafted using traditional methods and natural materials (such as wood and metal). Small variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders
For bespoke or customized pieces, specifications must be finalized and approved in writing. Once production begins, changes may incur additional costs.

3. Pricing and Payments

Standard Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required after design approval and before the start of production. The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to the shipment or delivery of the items.

Taxes All
prices are subject to applicable Philippine taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Validity
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs.

4. Lead Times and Delivery

Production Lead Time
Retail and new production items typically take 30 to 45 days, though this may vary based on project scale and material availability.

Shipping
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be added to the final invoice.

Inspection
Clients are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery team.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including designs, photography, logos, and text—is the intellectual property of More Than A Chair, Inc. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Warranty and Liability

Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We provide a limited warranty against factory defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover “wear and tear,” damage from misuse, exposure to extreme weather/natural elements, or unauthorized repairs.

Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations
Deposits for custom-made furniture are generally non-refundable once materials have been sourced or production has commenced.

Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, returns are only accepted for items with proven manufacturing defects.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the proper courts of Pampanga or Metro Manila.
