Our Journey
More Than a Chair has gone a long way. From our beginnings as a contractor of chairs for Betis Crafts, the furniture business of my parents, we have since expanded our capability and our horizons.
Twenty three years later, we have grown to find our own strength as a manufacturer and a brand. Our work has traveled far — filling the lobbies of sought after retails store in the United States, as dining sets of private homes in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, or as statement pieces in apartments in Stockholm and Buenos Aires.
We also create clients in the Philippines. We are always excited to work with local designers, and to produce furniture for a hotel set to open its doors soon. We welcome everyone to our retail stores, especially those who are looking for interesting pieces to add to their homes. We truly love seeing people enjoy the work that we do.
For More Than a Chair, I always welcome challenges that really keep us on our toes and inspire us to push ourselves - fortunately that has led us to meeting new friends and partners, and experiencing new possibilities that would have not been imaginable had we not gone out of our comfort zone.
