Yes. We accept customer-supplied materials, subject to evaluation to ensure suitability for production.


ORDERS &
PROCESS

What happens after I confirm my order?
Once approved, your order enters production where each piece is crafted and finished by hand. Our team may provide updates depending on the scope of the project.

Can I make changes after confirming my order?
Changes may be accommodated before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Do you handle large or commercial projects?
Yes. We work with interior designers, architects, and developers on residential and hospitality projects of various scales.

What is your production lead time?
Lead times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. For retail orders, newly produced items typically take 30–45 days. Ready-made pieces may be available sooner, subject to stock availability.

What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required upon approval of your order to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment.
Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be added to the final amount.

Yes, we arrange delivery across the Philippines. Shipping fees and timelines may vary depending on location and order size.
